Bill was a member of Westport Camp #64, and was a resident of Trimble, MO. He is survived by his wife LaDonna and two daughters Bobbie and Brandi. Funeral services with full military honors were be held Monday, 21 May 2007, 11:00 a.m., with arrangements through Bailey & Cox Family Funeral Service, Plattsburg, MO.

Brothers,

It is with sincerest regret that I must inform you of the passing of one of our camp brothers, Bill Flynn. Bill's passing was unexpected especially having just visited him only two weeks ago on 5 May at his home. It was at that time Bill informed me that he would have to cut back on helping us at Hollingsworth Cemetery due to his wife being diagnosed with lung cancer. He expressed his desire to stay home and care for his ailing wife.

Commander John Avery has been informed and will be issuing General Orders #2 which calls for the draping of department websites and charters, in addition to wearing a black band around membership badges for a period of 30 days.

In Fraternity, Charity, & Loyalty
