Perry D. "Bud" Marks Jr., PCC of Holt is another Charter Member of Westport Camp #64. His ancestor was his great great grandfather, Sergeant George Pratt Smith of Company A, 36th Ohio Volunteer Infantry. He served from 11 August 1862 to 27 June 1865.
